We provide in-depth analytical services that help organizations and governments understand and address gender-based inequalities, enabling more effective and targeted interventions. Gender Analytics initiatives are dedicated to harnessing the power of data to address gender disparities and promote equality. Our work is exemplified by our milestone project, the Implementation of the Gender Management Information System (GMIS) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This project represents a significant advancement in capturing and analyzing gender-specific data, improving the ability of local authorities to make informed decisions and implement policies that promote gender equity. Through comprehensive data analysis and strategic insights, JIC is committed to fostering a more equitable society by ensuring that gender considerations are at the forefront of policy-making and program development.
